The Zone
Stars like Jennifer Aniston keep trim on this diet where you eat three pre-packaged meals and two snacks a day. It’s expensive if you get the meals delivered, but incredibly easy if you are uncomfortable keeping food in your home. Drinking at least eight glasses of water is important on the Zone as well as eating every five hours.
The Hamptons Diet
Renee Zellwegger, Kate Hudson, and Sarah Jessica Parker reportedly are all followers of this diet which is based on the Mediterranean Diet. It includes lots of vegetables and low fat fruits like blueberries. Fatty fish like salmon and haddock are included for the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids. Also recommended is the use of macadamia oil as the main cooking oil because it has up to 30 percent more monounsaturated fat than olive oil. Plus it does not oxidize as quickly and lose nutrients.
