Even when you’re on the road or at the office you can still work out. Here’s a few effective things you can do for your body, while doing something else too. Multitasking!
Face Firming
While you’re driving, or in the privacy of your office, try to reach your nose with your tongue. You most likely won’t be able to do this (unless you’re Gene Simmons of KISS), but the effort will firm up your jaw line and diminish jowling. It also helps to minimize a double chin. While you’re reaching, hold to the count of ten. Repeat 10 to 15 times a day.
Better Posture

Here’s another exercise that works well in the car. Adjust your shoulder blades so that they are touching the back of your seat. Hold to the count of ten. Do this at least ten times a day.
Calf Strengthening
We all know that wearing heels work your calves throughout the day, but here’s a good way to do an effective calf workout while standing in line. Simply raise your legs until you’re almost on your tip toes. Hold to the count of 15. Lower and repeat 5 more times. That line suddenly won’t seem so very long.
A Better Butt
Here’s a quick and convenient way to work on everyone’s favorite problem area. When you have a spare moment, whether you’re standing in line or stuck in traffic, contract your buttocks and hold tight for 15 seconds. Not only will you firm your butt but this move also helps to relieve stress.
The Car Dance
You can work your abs on the road in a move I call the Car Dance. Concentrate on your rib cage and try to duplicate the moves of an exotic dancer.
